versaSRS Performance Checklist
What are the hardware specifications of your application server (OS version, Memory)?
What version of SQL Server are you running?
What version of versaSRS are you running?
Are there any applications other than versaSRS running on your application server?
Do you have a dedicated database server (i.e. separate from your application server)?
What is the file size of your versaSRS database?
Do you run MS SQL Maintenance Plans against the versaSRS database? If so, how often?
How many Cases, Problems, RFC's, and/or Tasks have been logged?
How many Audit logs have been recorded?
How many Attachments have been recorded?
How often do the versaSRS Windows services poll the database?
Do you use the versaSRS reporting dashboard?
Do you use SQL Reporting Services to generate reports?
Do you provide your clients with access to SRSConnect?
Do you archive your system using versaSRSArchiver?
