When using the Standard Search mode in versaSRS the results show duplicate Case listings, as shown in the below image:

When selecting the Search within option 'All Fields', versaSRS looks at the Case Subject, Details, Audit log entries, and certain other text fields within each Case. Therefore the results will return multiple hits for each match that's found for the search criteria.

To limit duplicate results set the Search within option to 'Subject' or 'Details'. The system will search for the given keyword(s) in only one field of the Case, this will reduce duplicate results and minimise the time taken to complete the search.
