Why do emails keep going to other Cases instead of creating a new Case or going to the Team they were sent to?

This is related to the email tracking feature introduced as a standard in versaSRS version 7.1.5, this feature allows for more advanced tracking of email conversations and reply threads. This feature was introduced as another method of ensuring that duplicate Cases are not created within the versaSRS database and any emails sent in reply to a conversation are added to the existing Case.
