Currently the default Knowledge Base sections are labelled as:

Section1 - Symptoms
Section2 - Cause
Section3 - Resolution
Section4 - More Information
Section5 - FAQ
Section6 - Issue
Section7 - Not Set

These headings can be relabelled by altering the value in the respective columns for each Section in the tbl_kbsections table in the database.
