Q: Can the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary categories in the Knowledge Base (KB) Details tab be changed?
A: These categories can be changed in the System Tables, the User must have Administrator access in order to make these changes.
Select versaSRS Spinner Icon > System Tools > System Tables > Select Knowledgebase Categories from the drop-down list.
Edit the necessary options or Add new Category entries as desired, repeat with Knowledgebase Secondary Categories, and Knowledgebase Tertiary Categories as required.
