Cause

The necessary Windows features are not enabled on the server hosting versaSRS.

Resolution

Enabling the following Windows features on the server will resolve the error message:

  • .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
  • Windows Identity Foundation 3.5
