The information in this article applies to:

People have responded to the Surveys sent out from versaSRS, however I am unable to find or view this feedback.

Survey results can be accessed within the module directly, depending on the version of versaSurveys that you are using (Classic or versaForms), will determine what you see when accessing the Submission Results.

Global Settings versaSurveys Options

Survey (Classic)

If your versaSurveys module is set to 'Survey (Classic)' you will see the Surveys listed in the same manner as Reports or Templates. To access any submissions select the icon to the left of the Survey, shown highlighted below.

Survey (versaForms)

If your versaSurveys module is set to 'Survey (versaForms)' you will see the Surveys listed in a 'Library' with more options than those available in the Classic version, selecting the Submission Results option next to the Survey listing will show all the submitted answers.

When using this version of versaSurveys you have the ability to assign a Case Template to the survey that will create a Case in versaSRS with the responses, allowing for viewing of the submitted data upon the User completing the survey.
