When sending an email from a Team with the 'Send closed confirmation email' checkbox ticked, it shows the following error message:

Argument 'Start' must be greater than zero.

The Closed Confirmation Template in the Team Settings contains a survey link that does not match the Global Settings Application Property versaSurvyeURL.

You must ensure that the URL to the Survey in the Closed Confirmation template matches the URL defined in the Global Settings.

For example, if the Global Settings Application Property versaSurveyURL is: http://yourhost/versaSurvey/view_survey.aspx

The Closed Confirmation Template Survey link is: http://yourhost/versaSurvey/view_survey.aspx?formid=6&instanceid=1&CS=[CHECKSUM]&sct=1&responseid=[CALLID]
