versaSRS is not receiving or sending emails.

Reviewing the versaSRS Services Status, accessed via Settings Cog > System Info it looks similar to the below image:

By default these Services will poll every 2 minutes or so, if the dates and times shown do not match the Server Date / Time (give or take 30 - 90 seconds) the Services aren't working correctly.

The versaSRS Services have failed or stopped, this can result from them being stopped manually or the server having gone down.

NOTE: versaSRS Services are explicitly designed to stop if certain exceptions occur, such as the inability of the Service to connect to a designated mailbox or required network service, continued failure and stopping of these services may indicate a broader network issue that should be investigated.

To resolve this problem, restart (or stop and start) the versaSRSServiceMonitor on the server. If there are no issues with the Services they will be restarted systematically by the ServiceMonitor. When the Services are running, back-logged and pending outgoing emails in versaSRS will be sent and incoming emails will be received.
