First ensure that the signature field(s) on your User profile and/or in the Team Settings contain a signature.
To control the placement of the signature you need to use and Update Template that contains a Signature Tag: [SIGNATURE]. When this tag is placed in the body of the email it will resolve the selected signature, User or Team, to that position.
Create an Update Template by selecting versaSpinner icon > Templates & Scheduling > Update Templates. Place the Signature Tag into the body of the template where you would like it to appear, and, check the desired radio button for Operator or Team signature, then save the Template.
If you wish to have both Signatures in the Update follow the previous steps but ensure the Operator Signature radio button is checked, and add an extra tag [QUEUESIGNATURE] where you want the Team signature to appear.
To make all Case updates immediately apply the Template open the Team Settings by selecting versaSpinner icon > Administrators > Manage Teams > Select the Team > Edit. Under the Update Templates tab set the template for each option to the one you just created.
Now when an Update is performed on Cases in that Team the Update message will automatically contain the Signature(s).
NOTE: If the Signatures do not apply as expected it will be necessary to check the configuration of your current custom Script files.
